Danielle Spraggs was so helpful in getting my name added to my son’s insurance. It involved several emails to Australia and 2 phone calls from myself. It was handled in a prompt, efficient and friendly manner. She also had the papers ready for me to pick up. I would highly recommend Danielle to any of my family or friends.

Danielle was excellent. She advised me on all the steps I need to take to import my new car from Ontario. She then followed it up in an email so I had clear instructions. Very good customer service.
