Thank you to Debbie at the Cherry Lane Mall office. She assisted my father (93) and myself with transfer papers, auto insurance and a refund. I was impressed with the level of service provided as well as her knowledge and expertise. Her outstanding customer service skills sparkle along with patience and understanding when supporting elderly clients. Her splendid sense of humor was an added bonus. Thanks again.

Renewed our annual automobile insurance in person March 11th with Catherine Keizer of Westland Insurance. The service with Catherine and staff over the years has always been a pleasant experience. Always a cheerful office scenario with folks who know what your needs are. Thumbs-up.

I've had the joy of speaking with many Westland Insurance representatives at the Apple Plaza in Penticton. Each and every person has been wonderfully helpful, patient in explaining things to me and treated me with KINDNESS and CARE. I wasn't rushed and they all took time to listen to my concerns. The manager, Jeannie, took extra time to listen and support me as I was experiencing an emotionally fraught day with my husband's recent passing. I feel truly blessed by these wonderful people! 🙏

I visited Westland Insurance recently to switch to BC auto insurance from another province. Sheila helped me through the process and was very kind and helpful. She is very experienced and answered all my questions. It was my first time navigating car insurance alone. It was a stress free experience.

I have dealt with Westland in Penticton for many many year and it is always great customer service !! Catherine (Cathy) Keizer is the absolute best !! I can always count on her to address my insurance needs in a prompt and friendly manor !! She is the best of the best hands down .
