Arissa David is an excellent insurance agent. I’m retired lawyer & she taught me things about car insurance that I didn’t know before. Not only is she V Knowledgeable but she is easy to deal with. On another insurance matter, she went above & beyond when she didn’t take the insurer’s bland general answer, & discovered that despite their original assertion, they do Not cover such claim. Much appreciated Arissa.

I was helped by Elle at the Squamish branch. This is my first time buying insurance and she went above and beyond for me. With endless kindness and patience, and not a hint of judgment, she guided me through the entire process. Elle turned a stressful situation into a manageable, fairly straightforward process, showing immense aptitude and professionalism. Thank you so much for your help!!!

Amrit went above and beyond to help me to insure my 2 ebikes. He was a wealth of knowledge, but made the effort to call up the head office of pedal power insurance to confirm everything for me. He gave me options and took the time to discuss everything to make sure i was happy to go ahead with the cover.

I recently had the most pleasant interaction I’ve ever had when renewing my insurance. Arissa not only was extremely efficient and friendly, she went out of her way to make things easier for me since I was there with my baby (like putting the forms on a clipboard so I could complete them while holding the baby). She also provided really informative and practical information about what we should consider when insuring our teen when he starts driving next year. She made a task that I’d been dreading actually enjoyable - thank you Arissa!

Arissa is lovely! Probably the most pleasant experience I've had renewing my car insurance, ever. Not only was she thorough and efficient with going over each aspect of my policy options, I appreciated that it felt like I was dealing with an actual human instead of a robot/someone on autopilot who didn't care about me as a person. Edit: I wrote this before reading previous reviews! The fact that others also described their experience with Arissa as "the most pleasant" really demonstrates that she's consistently great at what she does.
