I contacted Westland Insurance after being told by another insurance company that my motorcycle did not meet their eligibility for private coverage before it is a "sport bike". Jesse helped me with my private coverage. He was really helpful and knowledgeable, and their private insurance met my needs perfectly. I highly recommend Westland Insurance and I'll definitely ask Jesse to help with my insurance in the future!

I just renewed two expired trailer insurances online with Marlene Jew in less than 20 minutes. If you have all your ducks in a row, she definitely has hers all lined up. Thank you for the prompt, positive assistance with my insurance.

Marlene assisted me in the renewal of our car insurance today. She carefully walked me through our current coverage asking some questions to determine if I wanted to make any changes. One example was if our current liability might be increased. She ensured I had my current mileage to determine if I got a discount. She gave some excellent advice on ensuring I remove old decals on our licence plate if I drive in the US. She is very friendly and knowledgeable. In addition she set up, by my request, to continue to have our house insurance renewal notice mailed to me. Westlands is fortunate to have Marlene on their staff.

Hannah helped me today with my insurance renewal, she was an absolute pleasure to work with. I was out in 15min which honestly is such a relief. She was very thorough and professional through the entire experience. I normally just renew where there is no line but I might just stick with Hannah from here on out.
